| 1 What methods of payment do you accept?We accept cash, Credit and Debit Cards, (Unfortunately we don’t accept American express) and cheques. If sending cheques please allow up to 10 days for the funds to clear, unfortunately we can not send goods unless the funds have cleared.2 If I order online, using my Credit or Debit card is it safe?Yes, Your credit card information is processed by a secure server. The information is only accesible by The Smithy. Once the information is used then it is destroyed.3 If I don’t want to use the website, can I order over the phone?Yes, You can call me during shop hours on 01756 761176, or out of hours on 07760235430. You can pay by Credit or Debit card.4 Can I have my order delivered to my work or to a friend?Yes we can deliver anywere you want, but we still need the address of the card holder to confirm payment and a contact number for any problems. If there is a particualr day that is best for you for delivery then please let me know I will try my best to help.5 How long will my order take to arrive?If the goods are in stock it will be despatched next working day or ASAP, unless paying by cheque. If ordering prints, then theses are not always in stock, especially Peter Brook prints we only keep a limited stock. Prints take time to get the artist to sign them then to frame, please order early and allow up to 28 days for delivery.6 Are my goods insured against damage?Yes, if you receive your goods and they are damaged, then please contact me ASAP for me to arrange a replacement.7 Can I visit the shop?Yes you can visit the shop, if you are travelling along distance, or wanting to see something particular, please contact me beforehand, this will save any wasted journey, were possible I will open earlier or stay open longer.8 Other Peter Brook WebsitesThere are other Websites selling Peter Brook framed prints cheaper than ours, we use our own (im my opinion) better quality and more suited to Peter’s pictures style print. Other sites use the blask ash style frame, on all ours except the mini prints and the embellished, we use a dark wood grained frames. | ||
